All conference sessions and activities will take place at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center Hotel. The award-winning Pittsburgh Marriott City Center effortlessly blends style and substance. You’ll find the hotel by Steelers Stadium across the street from PPG Paints Arena, just minutes from the heart of downtown. 

When making your reservation by phone, be sure to ask for the ConVEx 2026 Room Block to receive a discounted room rate of $169/per night. The hotel will honor this rate until March 21, 2026 or until all of our contracted rooms are sold (whichever comes first).

Conference Registration/Check-In

Please plan to join us on Sunday evening at the Welcome Reception from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. You may also check in on Monday morning beginning at 7:30am. The opening address begins Monday at 8:30am. (Breakfast is from 7:30 -8:30am daily)
