All conference sessions and activities will take place at the Renaissance Minneapolis Depot Hotel. The hotel boasts high design and high-tech features for an inspiring stay in the heart of Downtown Minneapolis’ Mill District, steps from the Mississippi River. When making your reservation by phone, be sure to ask for the Convex Minneapolis Room Block to receive a discounted room rate of $179/per night. The hotel will honor this rate until March 18, 2024, or until all of our contracted rooms are sold (whichever comes first).

Conference Registration/Check-In

Please plan to join us on Sunday evening at the Welcome Reception from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. You may also check in on Monday morning beginning at 7:30am. The opening address begins Monday at 8:30am. (Breakfast is from 7:30 -8:30am daily)
