- One half-price conference registration for one co-presenter at one session
- Additional co-presenters pay normal conference fees
- If you are giving more than one presentation, you receive only one free registration
- A registration includes all conference sessions, materials, events, and meals
- A signed speaker agreement
- A title, abstract, and brief bio for the conference website and other materials
- A photo for use on the conference website and other materials
- Draft and final copies of presentation materials (slides) by the required due dates
