CIDM invites you to our 27th annual Spring Conference: ConVEx San Jose!


We are pleased to announce the 2025 Vendor Program. You may recall that CIDM is no longer selling booth space and participant lists at our conferences. Instead, for ConVEx in-person events, we offer you the opportunity to get involved in the program. We invite you to:

  • Submit proposals to speak about industry best practices and trends (Call for speakers closes October 1, 2024)
  • Conduct test kitchens that highlight your product
  • Select a Sponsorship opportunity to increase your visibility
  • Attend sessions to gain insight on attendee concerns and questions
  • Get to know attendees through engaging in personal conversations
  • Scan attendee’s QR codes to build your contact list

Rather than pay for booth space, you need only to pay for your registration. All associates, including presenters will pay the full price registration fee; non-speaking attendees will also pay the full registration fee. Test kitchens (product show-case sessions) will be fee-based ($1000 + a full price conference registration) and available on a first-paid, first-served basis.

If your company’s paid participation fees meet or exceed the cost of three full-priced attendee registrations, CIDM offers you a complimentary branded workspace (booth) in the community hall of our ConVEx San Jose event. It’s up to you how you will use the space:

  • Set up banners and backdrops
  • Hand out literature
  • Demo your product
  • Set up appointments with prospects
  • Entice attendees with raffles and swag

Another big change for us recently, is that you are no longer required to exhibit, in order to present. All proposals will be considered. However, product-focused or marketing-based submissions will be considered a Test Kitchen presentation and you will be required to pay the Test Kitchen fee.

Benefits to having a branded workspace:

  • All social functions are held in the community hall
  • Visibility during Monday evening’s social event , where attendees can leisurely visit your space and discuss your product in-depth (Cocktails included)
  • 10′ x 10′ space, with table, draped tablecloth, 2 chairs, electrical outlets, and internet
  • Full-color logo on the website and listing as an exhibitor in the conference mobile app

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, staff substitutions are welcome at any time! Please contact our office with the substitution information. If cancellation is necessary we will refund your registration, less a $100 administrative fee, when canceling on or before February 21, 2025. Due to extensive marketing for our events, we are unable to offer a refund to participating vendors who cancel after February 21, 2025.
