Call for Speakers (vendor submissions)
If you are representing a Vendor and are interested in sharing your experiences, insights and knowledge at ConVEx Minneapolis, you are in the right place! CIDM is now accepting proposals for ConVEx Minneapolis, which is taking place April 8-10, 2024 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the Renaissance Minneapolis Depot Hotel!
ConVEx Minneapolis invites you to:
- Submit proposals to speak about industry best practices and trends
- Conduct test kitchens that highlight your product
All Vendors, who are invited to speak, will pay for their registration ($1,695.00). Co-presenters and non-speaking attendees from your team will also pay the full registration fee ($1695). Test kitchens are fee-based and available on a first-come, first-served basis to registered vendor attendees.
I agree that if my presentation is accepted for the conference that:
- I will be able to participate in-person
- I will be available to present – April 8-10, 2024
- I will announce my participation and promote my session via social media channels
- I understand that all Presenters/Co-Presenter(s) are required to at the Renaissance Minneapolis Depot hotel (Minnesota residents excluded)
- I agree not to repeat the same presentation that I am giving at ConVEx Minneapolis at any meeting, conference, convention, seminar or other group gathering for 90 days before the Event and 90 days following the Event
The Call for Speakers remains open! We will begin selecting presentations soon, but will consider all submissions until the program is full.
