Health & Safety Guidelines

After two years of virtual events, we are excited to reunite with you in Tempe, AZ this spring and we are making health and safety a top priority.
REQUIREMENTS: We are monitoring the health and safety guidance from the CDC and the Arizona Department of Health, as well as travel advisories and recommendations.
Due to the decreasing number of positive COVID cases and the lower transmission rates across the past 60 days, we will no longer require proof of vaccination or  proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
However, we do believe that vaccine offers the best level of protection against serious illness and hospitalization. We hope that you are already vaccinated or are making a plan to receive vaccination before travelling. To find vaccination sites in your community, please visit: https://www.vaccines.gov/search/
The CDC further advises that people in areas of low transmission (Phoenix & Tempe) can gather, mask-free.
We will regularly monitor and update this information. Please check back often!

REASSURANCE: We’re excited to be in-person again and we’re hoping that you are too! We also understand that with each new variant, the decision to travel and participate may be difficult. We understand completely, it’s difficult for us too.

If it becomes necessary for us to retreat once more to a virtual-only event, all registrations will be automatically transferred.

We’ll be here, keeping an eye on things, updating this information as needed, and crossing our fingers that we’ll all be together in Tempe!
If have any questions or you’d like to discuss any of the above, please contact us at 303-232-7586 or send us a note anytime!
REMOTE ATTENDANCE
We understand! If you are unable to travel at this time, please register for remote access here.
