All conference sessions and activities will take place at The Tempe Mission Palms Hotel.  This Spanish Mission-style hotel is a desert retreat in the heart of vibrant downtown Tempe, Arizona and is surrounded by shops, restaurants and galleries. When making your reservation, be sure to mention that you are attending the Journeys Conference to receive a discounted room rate of $199/per night. The hotel will honor this rate until August 29, 2020, or until all of our contracted rooms are sold.

In addition to the rate (above), the hotel also charges a Hospitality fee of $19.95 per day to cover the following useful features: Airport transportation, Wireless High Speed Internet access, local & toll free telephone calls, daily newspaper, in room coffee service, valet or self parking, and access to the fitness center.

Conference Registration/Check-In

Please plan to join us on Sunday evening at the Welcome Reception from 6:30pm – 8:30pm in the Palm Courtyard. You may also check in on Monday morning beginning at 7:00am. The opening address begins Monday, September 21 at 08:00am in the Palm Ballroom.  (Breakfast is from 7:00 -8:00am on Monday)
